Richard founded Strong Environmental, Inc. in 1993. Richard is an engineer, an 13-year master level CHMM, and holds REM and CEA certifications. He has immersed himself in the environmental industry since 1982. His leadership has resulted in creating clients who are truly ‘raving fans’ and lifetime members of the Strong family.

Tom Carney - General Manager
In addition to his responsibilities for general management of the company, Tom prepares and develops the strategies for continued growth, while maintaining the standards our long-term clients have enjoyed. Tom is directing the development of a marketing campaign aimed at growing its StrongPak division. StrongPak is dedicated to providing retailers with a turnkey regulatory compliant solution for hazardous waste disposal.

Terry Kilgore - Division Manager,
Strong Pharmaceutical Services
Manages all witnessed burn aspects. Responsible for all DEA and state compliance. Additonally, he continues to develop our acclaimed Pharmawaste Expert software. Ensures “everything DEA” is meticulously handled.

•   HAZWOPER 40 Hour
•   49 CFR HAZMAT/D.O.T. training
•   Member, National Association of State Controlled Substances Authorities

Kerry Prescott - Lead Client Manager, EHS Manager
Kerry manages the Client Manager and Client Management Assistant staff at Strong. She is responsible for hiring, training, and development. Kerry interfaces with the sales staff to direct internal support and manages regulatory updates and information dissemination. She also serves as Strong's Environmental, Health and Safety Manager.
