StrongPak Provides Bilingual Training Materials to Enhance Program Compliance

StrongPak, a division of Strong Environmental Inc., continues to enhance its unique brand of service by providing combined English-Spanish training resources to its retail hazardous waste clients. These materials have been developed to effectively communicate unsaleable product management to all store personnel.

"Our training resources have been designed to teach the "StrongPak way" of handling and storing potentially hazardous retail products, using both text and visual elements," said Meg Stiles, Marketing and Communications Coordinator for Strong. "We felt the addition of Spanish-translated content was essential to fully communicate the safe and compliant handling of potentially hazardous unsaleable products to store personnel at all levels of language proficiency." 

The training materials exist as two separate components: a poster containing a quick visual reference to the essentials of the StrongPak program, and a training manual which addresses the program in more detail. "The manual is printed on heavy laminated paper, in order to withstand the rigors of the store warehouse environment," said Stiles.
