Strong offers two different solvent recycling programs: Recycle-Buyback (i.e. Toll processing) is a program established for the manufacturer who generates high volumes of solvent. Strong will remove the solvent from the manufacturer’s facility, distill it through a packed column process, and then return the cleaned, on-spec solvent back to your facility for re-use. This is an efficient and cost-effective program for those who wish to reduce their new solvent purchase costs. Straight Recycle is a program set up for the generator who chooses to recycle their solvent for industrial reuse, but does not wish to have the solvent returned. This program processes solvents for reuse, thereby limiting the disposal cost associated with normal processing. Different solvents have different values and end uses.
