Strong Revises Invoice Format for Greater Clarity
Once again, Strong differentiates itself from the marketplace through its commitment to superior customer service. Strong has revised and updated its invoice format to make the reconciliation of documents easier and clearer than ever before.
Strong's invoice identifies both the billing site and the waste generation site, and includes their EPA ID numbers, if they exist. Additionally, the Strong invoice format can be tailored to include client-specific information, ranging from purchase order numbers, to job billing numbers, to project stage identification.
Most waste generators were affected by the change to the Uniform Hazardous Waste Manifest in September of 2006. To accommodate the expanded manifest tracking number format, that field on the Strong invoice has been expanded. For further clarification, and extra ease of reconciliation, each waste line on the invoice also cross references the applicable manifest line or lines.
Finally, Strong has enhanced the invoice to include an area that lists all of the supporting documents submitted with the invoice, as well as a count of each of those document types. With this additional information, the generator can verify that the full documentation package has been received. Strong has also instituted paperless billing for key accounts that have requested that service.
